Can be made into a tea or dried, powdered and put into capsules or made into a tincture using a glycerin base. Use a cup of the tea three times a day or two "0" capsules three times a day or 5 - 15 drops of the tincture three times a day, 6 days a week for as long as you feel you need to use it. This does come from Dr. Christopher's School of Natural Healing book, by the way.

Thanks Don...It's made fresh as a tea? Could it be made into a tincture? What would be the daily dosage for either?
