Guest guest
Often, eating avocados in any form will help. Also increasing your intake of olive oil and/or flax seed oil should work. It appears that you may not have enough digestible oils in your diet. Interestingly enough, if you consume lots of corn, soy, cottonseed, rapeseed, or canola oil, none of those will really add anything to skin health. Guest guest
Agreed, Michael. Borage and Evening Primrose Oil will help skin, specifically, too. Watch Evening Primrose, though, if you're concerned about phytoestrogens or the consumption of estrogen promoters. Guest guest
Flax seed isnt an herb but it is the best supplement for dry skin.. You can take take 1-2 T of the oil ( high Lignan's are best) daily as a supplement. It also has some phytoestrogen properties which are helpful for menopausual women and the declining estrogen in their bodies. Good luck..
