Guest guest
I took my dog to the groomer to day and she informed me that he has a yeast infection in his ears. Is there anything I can give use that will clear it up with out going to the vet? Tamika Polkpersonal email and MSNTAMIKAPOLK
Guest guest
*coming out of lurk mode* I have a St. Bernard cross with chronic yeast in his right ear. Wild Oil of Oregano and pau d'arco by mouth and well-diluted essential Oil of Oregano in the ears are the most effective treatments I've come across. Acidophilus is essential for control, too. Please forgive my barging in and posting without intro.....this is an issue that I deal with on an ongoing basis, though, and these remedies do the trick. Susan on 07/13/2002 16:26, Tamika R. Lots of dogs are, as this is not a substance that is supposed to be ingested by them; they are carnivores. I took my 16 year-old dog off all kibble and put him on a raw diet. He had chronic ear infections for almost five years and was deaf. Within three weeks, all infection had disappeared and then he started hearing again. It has been almost a miracle. Just a thought, Tara
