Hey Sapo,

Glad to see you here! Small world, huh? Had to look twice at what list this was coming from and realized it wasn't the list I usually see you on. This is a great list and if anyone has any soap questions Justine(Sapo) is the one to ask!

Trinity Herbs in California has a great selection of organic oils -- they aren't online, though. They have a site, but it's only to order the catalog. They have a great customer service department and any questions you might have are quickly answered. Hope this helps.

Make soap with the ingredients you desire (organic oils and herbs) is the question how to make soap there are many urls to explain this in detail! I make herbal soaps and struggle with ingredients and the end results. Essential oils and not the herbs (Peppermint) are generally used in most (not mine ). Dose anyone know of an organic source for these! I use what I feel is a good source but am not sure.

I make a Bear soap for the locals here its you guessed it made from bear fat! There are many hunters of bear and last year one group killed 33 of them! I would imagine this source is the cleanest (un touched by man) but still animal and not everyone's thing.

I am vary excited about this group and just finished lessoning to the tape you sent me Doc. Thank you so much for sharing! I will be sending you a thank you gift! (want some of that bear soap)

[herbal remedies] Dr. Bronner's Peppermint soap

Hi All: I know that Dr. Bronner's does not use organically grown herbs, but I would like to know if anybody knows howto make this from scratch, using my own organic mints. I wish this were a certified Organic product but it isnot. I love this scent, also. The label says that it is made of: Water, saponified Coconut-Hemp-Olive Oils (withretained Glycerin), Olive fatty acids, Peppermint Oil, Rosemary extract. Does anyone know how to make it?Thanks,SkippyFederal Law requires that we warn you of the following: 1. Natural methods can sometimes backfire. 2.
