You can make sure the form of magnesium you get is magnesium citrate

and a lot of it. I've also gotten good results from using emulsified

cod liver oil on an empty stomach for joint pain. (I don't know if

joint pain is a part of your problem.)

 

Melatonin could also be used to help with sleep.
