Guest guest
Still looking for more stuff on gout etc, and came up with this from Heinermans Encyclopedia of Fruits, Vegetables and Herbs. Cucumbers..........Potassium,Calcium,Phosphorus,Silicon,Iron....good for skin troubles, blood cooling. A warm tea or cool vegetable drink made of peeled cukes is wonderful for eliminating excess fluid accumulations in body tissues, especially in chronic cases of gout and edema Elaine
