Guest guest
A few questions. 1. I have mitral valve prolapse and take a beta blocker every day for palpitations. Doesn't do much good. Daytime is fine but at night I have alot of them. Was wondering if there is a natural beta blocker that would help. Doctor says there aren't any and you can't trust that you are getting a standard dose. 2. Am trying hawthorn berry tea. How much of this should be consumed a day for benefit? Doesn't have much of a taste to it. Does that mean it is a bad batch or it just doesn't have a taste? Thanks........ Keewee
Guest guest
I have MVPS and have taken hawthorn in capsule form off and on. It does help but it is slow acting. Can't tell you about the tea form. I take magnesium which also helps and MVP'ers are low in it. Caffeine and sugar are palpitation triggers for me. Hope this helps.
