Guest guest
Jen, Sorry about your condition. Vigorous exercise for at least 45 minutes three or four times a week will probably greatly reduce episodes in less than two weeks. Also, watch diet--no sugar especially--and use supplemental vitamins and minerals for a while at least. Try to schedule some time at a nursing home or elsewhere and help someone else less fortunate. But I really recommend you don't try to take on too much here as some people's conditions might be too stressful for you at this time. Don Croft reports that his depression of many years standing was immediately relieved when he began wearing a zapper. He makes them now. He is on the web. I like his zappers too. Sufficient vigorous exercise is a specific for depression, but you need the vitamins too, esp. B's. Best wishes, pj - Official partner of 2002 FIFA World Cup http://fifaworldcup.
