Do you want to grow them, or are you wanting a gazillion of them to use??? Don't know what kind of papayas these are, they were here when we moved here 5 months ago. They are the size of walnuts right now. There was a freeze as we arrived here in Feb. and I was afraid we wouldn't have any papaya trees--LOL!! I just threw some more seeds down on some good soil and hoping for the best to make a LOT more trees to have all over the property. We have to fence off the other side of the yard too, because a neighbor told me that kids were being sent over to pick the bananas and papayas before we moved here. We found an actual trail from our yard to the neighbors house on the other side of our house. We want to be able to find out how good our papayas, bananas, and guavas are. They say the guavas are huge. I just started planting pineapples, but that will take a long time I guess. Greedy for more fruit, I also want mangos, kiwis and muscadine grapes. We have a tangerine tree and that was full when we moved here, but when we went to town one day, we came back and most of the tangerines had been picked. We are getting fencing!! Can you grow fruit there at your home??? What all can you grow? Are you picking wild herbs at all, or growing your own?? or buying them??? Just really curious. Best is to pick 'em when ripe on the bush. You get the best seeds this way. As far as what to trade is concerned. I've got just about every herb you can imagine (all organic or wildcrafted), so you just need to let me know what you want. Don't get toooo esoteric LOL. A few herbs I grow myself (don't let Valorie see this post ;o), such as Mullein, Comfrey, Juniper Berries, Aloe Vera, Peppers, Mint, Parsely, Thyme, Chamomile, Taragon, Catnip, Wheatgrass, Garlic (large amount but I never trade this), onions, and now burdock, and probably a few others Valorie has hidden (*~*). We wildcraft Dandelion, Salsify, Chaparral, wild onions, Gum Weed, Yucca, Purslane, and Cat tail. I have a Wildcrafter in Oregon who handles my Echinacea and a few other herbs, and an organic farmer in Georgia who handles most of the rest. I get organic essential oils from various places all over. Errrrrrrrrrrrrrr does that handle your curiosity??? LOL Please don't ask me for sources as the people I deal with, deal in large bulk only and not with the public in any capacity. It doesn't mean that there's not a lot of sources out there. There are!!! You just have to look, and it is well worth doing so. I'm not trying to be closed mouthed here, as you know me well enough to know I'll spill the beans on just about anything. This is the one exception due to contracts, and agreements, etc. If you're interested in a trade, the one thing I've got a ton of (wrong season at the moment) is Juniper Berries. The Juniper I have is probably the best there is = Juniper Monosperma. It doesn't get any better. Let me know.
