I understand that persons with high blood pressure are at risk when

taking Viagra or all the other brands like it. If someone knows of an

alternative to them please let me know. Thanks.

Greetings,

If you have high blood pressure, (thus causing the inability to take

Viagra), my recommendation would be to focus on lowering the blood pressure

before doing anything else.

Erectile dysfunction is often the body's way of saying that you cannot

handle the rigors of sex in the condition your body is in. Rather than

trying to circumvent the body's warning system, I would recommend

ascertaining what is ailing in your body (excess weight, excess sodium,

excess stress, inactivity, etc.) and causing the shutdown in the first

place. Fix the problem and the symptoms go away.

Modern medicine teaches us to treat the symptoms, not the problem, and I

think Viagra is one of those types of medicines. Rather than addressing

what caused the erectile dysfunction in the first place, it seeks to just

" get things in motion again " instead of fixing the cause. I liken this to

patching all 4 tires each time you drive the wrong way out of a parking lot

and over the spikes instead of learning where the proper exit is and not

subjecting your car to such atrocities.

Sodium, smoking, and stress are the three top things that can raise your

blood pressure (and pain, but that's usually a temporary raise). Reducing

these three catalysts will take you far in your search to the end result of

sexual function.

Listen to your body, and learn what it has to teach you. It is an

incredible machine, designed to heal itself if allowed. Find out what lies

within...

Thanks for responding. I don't smoke, I am not a sodium freak and I

have a bit of stress. I've learned to control sodium and stress. I

believe the cause for my high blood pressure is weight. I used to jog

at least three times per week but now that both my wife and I are

retired I don't jog anymore. Last time I went to the track I think I

over did it and had to visit the doctor. Anyways, thank you very much

for your recommendations. AL.

Alsports - Have you checked with your doctor regarding your prostrate?

Any circulatory problems? Heart problems/heart meds?

Depression/depression meds - these could also be a factor. Helen

Have Maca powder. But make sure it's the organic kind, otherwise it

might not have the energy levels you would like.

Really good. Even tastes nice, especially in a banana smoothie.

that you haave your prostate psa levels, often times men with

elevated PSA suffer from erectile disfunction as well. If you find

that your PSA levels are high, i would recomend getting yourself on

Beta Prostate by Dr. Roger Mason. the Beta sistosterol in the

supplement is 300 times more powerful than saw palmetto alone. hope
