I have a wonderful recommendation for you. I found out about this years ago when I was having a very hard time conceiving. I wasn't ovulating, hard to conceive, etc.. A client of mine (I'm a pet sitter) turned me on to this book, who was also turned on to the book via a friend of hers and so on. The name of the book is called " Inconceivable: Winning the Fertility Game " by Julia Indichova. I've seen this book on a few health related TV shows, even on Oprah. But the fame of this book isn't what drew me to it, rather it was what other women had gained: a baby. I consider this book a sleeper hit. So so so many women have gained so much from this book. I highly recommend it. I know the author has come out with another book as well. Good luck! I know this will help you. Dawn
Guest guest
You might try having your husband wear only boxer type shorts Or, have intercourse with the woman on top. Both of you need to exercise daily These tips should work Sincererly, David Stein
Guest guest
Low thyroid can cause infertility. I went through 13 years of infertility and two stillbirths. Then my alternative doctor prescribed natural thyroid and I had a healthy baby, but not enough milk. He increased my thyroid and I had plenty of milk. So check your thyroid. Blood tests are not always accurate. Take your temperature every morning for a week beginning the first or second day of your period. Have the thermometer, already shaken down, by your bed. As soon as you wake up, before you start moving around, put the thermometer under your arm for 10 minutes. Record the results, and average them at the end of the week. Normal is 97.8-98.2. If your average is lower than that you are low thyroid. See an alternative MD or a naturopath. Guest guest
Dear Marjorie and Don, Nutritional factors play a role of course, but the more frantically you try to get pregnant, the more stress gets in the way. The gentle healing art Reflexology somehow has helped many couples to conceive. I personally know of 4 " reflex babies " ! This technique is easy to learn and can even be incorporated in eeh, you know... The easiest book to learn from, aimed at lay people, is Laura Norman's " Feet First " . It has a special section on couples. Take a class of have some sessions with a professional, and then just play with it! You won't do any harm. If done well, Reflexology can balance the glandular system while deeply relaxing you at the same time. Sounds good? Food-wise, look at Maca or herbal formulas containing it. Maca has a long history of enhancing the fertility of livestock. It is a rich dense superfood, providing minerals, B vitamins, trace minerals and amino acids. Sea vegetables will provide iodine for the thyroid, and zinc and other minerals that are essential. Have fun and good luck! Guest guest
Marjorie and Don, What is the rest of your health like? Are you overweight, stressed, etc.? Is your husband stressed? Are you trying to have sex too often in the hopes of causing a pregnancy? Excess weight can cause fluctuating hormones which messes with fertility and cycles. Stress can do the same. Having sex too often can lower sperm counts, making it more difficult for the egg to be fertilized. I would recommend a book called " Your Fertility Signals, Using Them to Achieve or Avoid Pregnancy Naturally. " http://www.amazon.com/Your-Fertility-Signals-Pregnancy-Naturally/dp/09619401 07/sr=8-1/qid=1163367653/ref=sr_1_1/002-7792316-4124028?ie=UTF8 <http://www.amazon.com/Your-Fertility-Signals-Pregnancy-Naturally/dp/0961940 107/sr=8-1/qid=1163367653/ref=sr_1_1/002-7792316-4124028?ie=UTF8 & s=books> & s=books This book details very specific signs your body puts out to tell you when you are fertile and able to become pregnant. It is very informative, and helps those wanting to achieve pregnancy or stay away from it. Cheers, Karen
Guest guest
I went through the same issue My first 2 were 7 years apart, not by choice. We tried everything even Clomid, which is a fertility medicine, to no avail. My doctor ordered a dye test of my ovaries. Of course I knew that one was what I call my little black hole ļ just there to hang around. However the other one was completely blocked so when the dye was injected it cleared the tube. The next month I became pregnant. This was after 7 years!! I had another one within 2 years and I think we are done! I hope this helps a little, Lura , " Marjorie " <dmcb5 wrote: > > Hi all iam 25 and my soon to be husband is 32 we got pg 5 months after > moving in together and than that ended in a m/c at 10 weeks..we ended > up getting pg again a year later and we had a little boy who is almost > 3 in febuary..We have been trying for another child for like 3 years > now and still nothing so we are both getting upset about this and i > was wondering if anyone here has had these probulems or if anyone > could give me some info it would be awseome.. > > > Thank You in advance,Marjorie and Don >
