hi,

i am 39 and moving from arizona back to michigan(hell) i moved out here 10 years

ago because i have raynauds and needed out of the cold. i have had a 7 year

streak of bad luck. this year i was diagnosed with a rare disorder called

klippel-feil syndrome. it screws up a lot. i have severe scoliosis and will have

to have back surgery. i had a neck fusion this summer and was in a halo. my gift

from work was the boot so i cant keep my home, boy did i try to but no help is

out there for single people with no kids. my biggest problem even here is severe

pain. i am on percocet and soma but it doesnt touch it. i also take celebrex

when i can get the samples

i am walking now but my big fear is that i won't be in michigan. my family had

to live right off lake huron. what is out there for severe pain?

Laura - single people in Arizona (without kids) are eligible for

Access (which is Medicaid in Michigan). Look in the phone book for

social services and it will list Access. Check with them to see if

you are eligible for Social Security Disability based on your medical

problems. (in Michigan this is called SSI). If you do go back to

Michigan and are NOT eligible for Medicaid you will be eligible for

State Medical. The local social services office there will help you

with this. You are eligible for food stamps in both states. You are

not eligible for cash assistance as you do not have children. Why are

you going back to Michigan? In Arizona (regardless of if you are on

Access or not) you are able to see the same Doctors and receive the

same care as those who have " regular " insurance. In Michigan (and I

love Michigan) you are not able to see the same quality of Doctor as

those who have " regular " insurance. This is not the Doctors fault -

it is the social service system in Michigan. Helen

Laura: I understand why you are moving back to Michigan - it wasn't

my intention to infer that you were makng a bad choice. I am so sorry

you are loosing your house - that must be very hard on you in

addition to your health problems. Please do look at my answer

regarding health insurance in Michigan. I lived in Michigan for many

many years and am familiar with the insurance and health system

there. I moved to Arizona two years ago. Best of luck to you and keep

us posted (we all will move with you - don't you just love the

computer!) Helen

I work for a nutritional counselor in southeast Michigan. If you are

interested, you could contact him. It could possibly be toxic heavy metal

overload. He does hair analysis.

Laura - It had come to my attention that this movie

keeps " disappearing " from the internet for some odd reason. You can

find it at my web (I sent you an invitation) under the listing " The

Last Outpost " . Saved it just in case it " disappeared " again. Helen

hi helen, this is aria

will you send me an invitation, too?

we celebrated my roomate's birthday with an internet viewing of the secret and

i noticed that esther hicks/abraham was not in the version that we viewed for

the evening($5.00).

would love to know what you or anyone else on this group knows about this.

the information in the secret is not the answer to everything, but it is the

answer to happiness, and almost the answer to everything! may i recccomend it

to everyone......!!!!!

sincerely, aria
