Guest guest
Hi, I have fibromyalgia and chronic myofascial pain. I am hoping to meet others who have found natural ways to cope with the pain and fatigue of these 2 problems. So far the only thing I have found to help is massage therapy, chiropractic, and yoga (haven't been able to do it in a long time) I have had muscle spasms in my neck and shoulders for over a month, my massage therapist is indefinitely out of commission and the others I've tried can't even find the trigger point lumps that cause my pain. I am looking forward to " hanging out " with others who prefer natural alternatives. Fleur
Guest guest
Fleur, I'm new to this group, but I'll offer my opinion. My sister has both of these disorders. She swears by Vitamin D3 (you can get this by exposure to sunlight or take a supplement), and she uses Krill oil sold by Dr. Mercola (www.mercola.com) plus the best multi-vitamin/mineral supplement you can afford made from whole food, if possible. She gets much better results with the krill oil than fish oil. Also, you need to take a strong look at your diet, reducing or eliminating dairy, meat, sugar, all processed foods, and the white foods, and eating a lot of fruits and veggies (raw is best). Guest guest
I have had really excellent results in working with people with fibromyalgia - and a number of people have given me feedback that they've been able to dramatically improve or even eliminate their pain on their own, simply by following my suggestions. I am someone who used to have fibromyalgia myself. :-) I will occasionally have symptoms flare if I am under extreme stress but generally I am able to then fix it pretty quickly - and part of this is by reducing or eliminating whatever is causing the stress. I agree that diet is also important as well. There is an article I've written about it at this link: http://zensightprocess.com/articles.htm Take care & good luck, Carol Ann FREE Zensight Energy Work Ebook & Spoon Bending Video! <http://www.ZensightProcess.com/video.shtml> www.ZensightProcess.com/video.shtml <http://www.ZensightProcess.com/vi> Hi, I have fibromyalgia and chronic myofascial pain.
