Guest guest
Hello everyone...ok, ive read that babies arent supposed to eat egg whites, but what if they are scrambled well? Cause my son is almost 9 months old, and he loves his scrambled eggs with toast and cheese squares in the morning. Then, I read that they arent supposed to have egg whites. It hasnt seem to bother him so far...what do you think? Tara and London San Diego

If he's doing well, I wouldn't worry about it! Do you give him whole eggs? or just the whites? My understanding is the whites are the " problem " part for allergies, but most of the nutrients and fat are in the yolks? Cindy
