Guest guest
Hi, My name is Jeannette. I love the possibilty of treating all of my ailments without using drugs. I am a believer because I've been able to cure myself of depression with just meditation and a sort of self hypnosis. But now I have an urgent matter and I hope someone here can help me out. I have chronic asthma, had it since I was three. I thought I had gotten rid of it through meditation, too but it back. I've been struggling with it for over two months now and I really need a solution. I really want to get away from drugs and doctor visits. I'm wondering if anyone here has any suggestions for me. Do you know of any great natural remedies, herbs, oils, meditation CD's, or anything like that that might help me out? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I thank you all ahead of time for your help in this matter!! And God Bless!

Here is a website on breathing: http://www.authentic-breathing.com Are you familiar with the Water Cure? Dehydration can be a factor. It doesn't get any easier than Celtic Seasalt and water. Visit http://watercure.com There is a link between the lungs and the large intestine. Have you tried doing a food diary? Do you know what your allergies and/or food sensitivities are? Do you take probiotics? Digestive enzymes taken with and between meals can be really helpful. Find out more at this website: http://enzymestuff.com herbs: Ephedra? I believe it is legal again?? I have an acquaintance with asthma, she might be able to give you some pointers, I just emailed her to see if it is OK for you to email her. Stress is a factor of course. Check out the asthma stories at the EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) site. http://tinyurl.com/tzmcv You might want to look at a passive form of Bio-feedback. My dear friend Phil Bate is still looking for a few volunteers for the next round of his subliminal program. I have known Dr Phil Bate online for about 7 years, and vouch for his professionalism and integrity. Dr Bate is in his late seventies and not in this for the money, and I have no financial interest in it either. .. He has created a new system that is easier to apply than anything else. You just listen to a CD while you sleep. Some more volunteers are needed to help perfect the product. This is a rare chance. Check it out please. http://drbate.com/Ref/volunteerpage.html There. That should keep you busy investigating for a bit. Ien in the Kootenays http://profiles./free_green_living
