Guest guest
Can anyone tell me if it is common to have pain when detoxifying? I am taking Dr. Natura's (www.drnatura.com) ToxinOut program (along with the Colonix program as recommended) and I've noticed that my neck and joints (wrists, knees) are soooo sore, achy and stiff. Could it be that the toxins are coming out there or getting stuck? Gosh, it really hurts. I'm also having a lot of gas and bloating. Is this a sign that I've just got a lot of toxins in me? Thanks for any help, Sommer

Guest guest
Hi Sommer, It is not uncommon for people to feel worse on the way to feeling better. The key to speeding up the process is to encourage the speedy exits of toxins from your system! Have you tried an Epsom salt bath? Drink lots of water, make sure your bowels are moving, and move your body to encourage the lymphatic system. Twenty minutes of mild exercise can make all the difference. If you can get to a rebounder, that is the best way to stimulate the lymphatic system. On a rebounder a few minutes of gentle bouncing is the equivalent of a much longer time exercising. Google Needak. Are you using digestive enzymes in between meals? It is a great way to clear the bloodstream of gunk. From the Rainforest pantry, Recovazon is a natural anti-inflammatory that stimulatesthe lymphatic system. Keep at it, you are on the right track! Guest guest
thanks, james. i don't know exactly what is going on but the pain in my neck is so bad- my head is now off-center with my neck and i'm managing my daily activities on hydrocodone but it doesn't help much. i have an appt. with my sports therapist so hopefully she can help. i have old cheerleading injuries (subluxated disks in my neck, ribs out) that may be irritated by this detox process. don't really know but this is more pain than i've ever been in. i've tried topical pain remedies, heat/cold but nothing helps. any suggestions for pain relief? i hate taking hydrocodone but that's all that's giving me any relief, though not much. thanks, sommer , Purpledigger2974 wrote: > In a message dated 06/11/2006 14:07:43 GMT Standard Time, > sommer writes: > > Could it be > that the toxins are coming out there or getting stuck? Guest guest
Go see your Doctor have them to refer you to an Chiropractor. Then the Chiropractor will send you to a massage therapist. Try trigger point therapy and a therapeutic massage, and by doing all of this everything can be covered under your insurance if you are referred by your doctor. But make sure your insurance cover it ask your health provider. , " Sommer " <sommer wrote: > > thanks, james. i don't know exactly what is going on but the pain in > my neck is so bad- my head is now off-center with my neck and i'm > managing my daily activities on hydrocodone but it doesn't help > much. i have an appt. with my sports therapist so hopefully she can > help. i have old cheerleading injuries (subluxated disks in my neck, > ribs out) that may be irritated by this detox process. don't really > know but this is more pain than i've ever been in. i've tried > topical pain remedies, heat/cold but nothing helps. any suggestions > for pain relief? i hate taking hydrocodone but that's all that's > giving me any relief, though not much. > thanks, > sommer > > , Purpledigger2974@ > wrote: > > > In a message dated 06/11/2006 14:07:43 GMT Standard Time, > > sommer@ writes: > > > > Could it be > > that the toxins are coming out there or getting stuck?
