steps to relief for eyes

I have to do a lot of computer work, so is there

similar anything to keep the eyes cool?

Try this.

Turn away from the computer for a few

minutes, stand up and stretch, taking deep

breaths.

 

Sit down again.

Now rub your hands together and imagine

them filling with healing energy. It is OK

if you think this is nonsense. Do it anyway.

Place your palms over your eyes, and just

relax like that, while breathing deeply.

 

You might also do eye exercises. Look down,

look up, look left, look right, and make

circles with your eyes.

 

Have fun, it's not rocket science!
