Taking antidepressant at the same time as hormone-balancing pills?

does anyone know if it would be ok or not to take an antidepressant

(Lexapro 15 mg) at the same time as a hormone-balancing remedy? i take

both before bed because Lexapro makes me sleepy and the hormone-

balancing pills say to take them before bed.

here are the ingredients of the hormone pills:

B6 (as pyrodoxal alpha ketoglutarate) 11.2mg

Zinc (as zinc arginine chelate) 3mg

Chromium (as chromium nicotinate glycinate chelate) 50 mcg

Proprietary blend 1800 mg

(L-Arginine, Alpha Glycerol Phosphoryl Choline, L-Lysine (as mono

hydrochloride), Eurycoma longifolia jack 100:1 extract, Mucina pruriens

extract [40% L-Dopa]...)

Why not try drinking Noni herbal fruit juice? It will solve both of

your problems. You need not take antidepressents as well as harmones.

hi and thanks for your response

i have tried Noni but i couldn't stomach it- tastes terrible to me.

anything else equivalent that you could suggest? i am trying to get

off the Lexapro, but have to do it 2.5mg at a time and each step

down lasts about a month; otherwise, i get dizzy spells. and without

the progesterone cream, my cycles are soooo infrequent.

Where are you located? Noni fruit is very sour and cannot be eaten like

that. In India, Noni fruit juice is available with sweet taste. They add

some natural sweetner so than we can drink. I love it. It tastes like stawberry

juice. In USA and other countries, Tahitian Noni is very popular and it is

too good.

 

Only for depression, you can tAke homeopathy pills. (1) Ignatia (2) Kali Phos.

Both in 2000 potency. Take six pills each once a day. But it may not help for

your harmine problem. Noni will take care of both. Noni capsules are also

available. You can swallow the capsules and try for few days.
