Guest guest
Hi.. I am posting again cuz I have not been able to get rid of the thrush in my mouth. I am getting so annoyed and depressed. I am taking acidophillus capsules everyday, gargling with salt and water and trying to build my immunity. Does anyone know of a quick way to get rid of it, bearing in mind that I've had it for over a month now.
Guest guest
Let's try some kitchen help first. Have you tried rinsing with Apple Cider Vinegar? Cheap, easy, and won't hurt. Get a good organic and unpasteurized vinegar. The well known pizza herb Oregano is a powerful fingus killer. Try drinking a tea made with the whole herb and swishing your mouth with it. I would NOT mess with esential oil of O. in capsules. The good people at oils-and-herbs have educated me too well on the dangers of undiluted E.O.s. If those things don't work, go to the next level and look to help from the Amazon. Down there you either learn to fight fungus or you turn into one. Tree bark extracts from Jatoba, Pau d'Arco, and (there it is again) Sangre de Drago are among the most potent fungicides in the world. A friend of mine had thrush in her mouth for years, her whole immune system is a mess as a result of chemical poisoning. She took some Sangre de Drago drops in water and saw her tongue clear up in less than an hour. Brief commercial moment: Take a look at Arcozon. Guest guest
I would continue with the probiotics. Try to avoid refined sugar and carbs as this feeds the candida. You can try a mixture of lavender oil, tea tree oil and thyme oil diluted with olive oil. 20 parts olive oil to 1 part EO's. Use one drop of this mixture twice daily. Putting the drop on your finger and rubbing it into the effected areas. You can also combine the mixture 40 to 1 with Colloidal Silver. Hope this helps. Guest guest
When I was nursing my daughter I had thrush on my breasts, and my daughter had it in her mouth. I tried the oral meds in her mouth and the topical meds on her. Unfortunetly we kept passing it back and forth so it didn't want to go away. It was so bad my daughter couldn't nurse becuase it caused her pain. All thrush is, is a yeast infection.. like the kind females get, but its in the mouth. So what my doctor decided to do was give me Diflucan (not sure of the spelling). It's the medicine used to get rid of a yeast infection in a female, she did the one day dose which is stronger, it nocked it out in both myself and my daughter. It's possible to ask your doctor to prescribe that to try and get rid of it. Personally I know how extremely uncomfortable it is, and being hta tI was nursing my daughter I preferred something more natural, but my daughter wasn't able to eat. So it was nice to have something that could be one large enough dose and it knocked it out immediatly. Instead of a long ongoing treatment in which my daughter was losing weight at only 2 months old! And she has no side affects of me taking the medicine, and neither do I.
Guest guest
It Makes me wonder about our Medical Profection when i saw on T.V. about A virious causing cancer in women. I knew this 70 years ago. My Mother died at 21 years old with cancer and my dad told me how it happened when i was about 13 years old ,That he infected her .He was out in Kansas in the wheat harvest in July .came home in about 3 weeks ,had sex and the rubber busted and Dad said he didnt tell my mom. The virious grew till it killed her. He never got over it thinking it was his fault And at least he told me and my brother to be sure to wash your penis before sex. Back in those days no one had bathtubs so they went several days before going to the pond for a bath. I wonder why it took all these years to tell people to tell their girls about it. When my 2 aunts married they knew to flush with vinegar and warm water after sex and they never was troubled. I wonder how serious the girls are taking this today?? I sure told all 3 of my sons to wash before sex. and their wives have never worried. I,ve been married twice and they,ve never had to worry. My prayer is that all mothers are wise enough to tell their sons and daugnters . , " Rachelle Patterson " <ldybg43 wrote: > > When I was nursing my daughter I had thrush on my breasts, and my daughter had it in her mouth. Our wonderful natural remedies usually take a bit longer to work, and sometimes one doesn't have the luxury of time. Let's hear it for thinking and/and, instead of either/or. Now if we could just get the medical profession to think that way too we might all get somewhere. With more educated patients they will just have to become more open. Happy learning everyone! Guest guest
Suck xylitol mints. Eat yogurt with live cultures, maybe add some extra good bacteria to it. Eliminate sweets and grains from your diet. Get and use a tongue scraper. Guest guest
Eman, Rats, just when we were so thrilled with your progress! The substance in drops was Sangre de Drago. Contact me of list for a source. What brand of probiotics do you use? That can make a huge difference. There is a war going on in your gut, and you want to make sure the good beasties have plenty of reinforcements! Guest guest
Hi Ieneke Thank you so much for your help. I live in the Persian Gulf and our brands are quite different. Can you please explain a little more about probiotics for me and what kind I should take? Also, I really need to get Sangre de Drago but cant find it here. Is it normal that I feel like there is something stuck in my throat and my mouth is SO dry! Thank you.
