Guest guest
Hello all: I would like to get a reading from a helpful, supportive medical intuitive. Does anyone have a recommendation they care to share? Or maybe someone on the list is a medical intuitive? Thanks, Rayyan wrote: This list covers a wealth of alternative answers in healing. Re: oil pulling...question Posted by: " ann4cure " kazala ann4cure Tue Oct 24, 2006 6:13 am (PST) You can use any oil you desire. It really makes no difference....any nut or seed oil. Some people react differently to different oils. The ones suggested by Dr. Karach are Sesame Oil or Sunflower. The sesame needs to be untoasted, that is very important. I have been doing this for about 8 months. I use Organic, expeller pressed sesame oil. And I have used Expeller pressed Sunflower. There are people using, coconut (yum), hemp, walnut, olive and a host of others. Do not use peanut, it contains mold. Hope that helps.
