Guest guest
I have posted this before, but it bears repeating for the new members. Nutrients are best taken whole, not fractioned into isolated fragments that make your body wonder what they are. Sometimes you may need a bit more of one particular nutrient, and you might want to know which minerals etc are in which food. The website of the George Mateljan foundation teaches exactly that. It has recipes, animated cooking lessons, and a weekly newsletter. Guest guest
Thank you for sharing that info...I will definately be looking into that. I have finally quit smoking, down to maybe one or two cups of coffee a day, and on a rare occasion, I still have a Coke or Pepsi. I need to get myself in balance and I think this group is going to help me do that. Right now, my biggest problem is GERD...it is really gotten bad and the doctor just keeps giving me more meds for it...its not helping...I mean it does as long as I take it, but miss one day and Whoooo....its back with a vengence....over the past couple of days, the acid is just shooting up constantly and has been traced with blood. Have another doctors appt. on Nov. 3rd, at which time she is going to refer me to a gastroenterologist...again...new doctor/new state....have to go through the same thing over again... " just for the record " . Thanks again for all of the info from this group...hopefully I will have info to share soon....it has been a life long dream of mine to study homeopathics and other forms of alternative care...up to this point, its been self-studies...but I would like to find a good home study course soon. Guest guest
Hello; I use Watkins products and they have both aloe vera juice and capsules. For severe GERD then go for the juice. It's pretty amazing how quickly you will be free of pain. Aloe vera is a blood cleaner so be sure NOT to take it with any other vitamins as it will clean that out as well. Always take alone. Always; Kim Eman <emano70 wrote: Hi I have been suffering from GERD for the past 10 years. over the past 2 months i have been drinking aloe vera juice, taking acidophillus capsules and eating probiotic yogurt and i have not had a single day with acid reflux since Not sure which did the trick.. nancy owens <serenityscorner55 wrote: Thank you for sharing that info...I will definately be looking into that.
