Guest guest
Andrew, thanks for that wonderful information, especially the section on possible interactions between herbs and allopathic medicine. Here is a little herb story about a lung herb you did not mention: Pulmonaria Officinalis or Lungwort. It is a hardy old fashioned garden perennial also known as Boys and Girls because it shows one blue and one pink flower. Tough as nails, nice foliage all year and does great in shade. Anyway, before I get carried away in praise of hardy perennials, here is the lungwort herb story: My friend Magda's stallion was suffering from bronchitis. Goldie pretty much has the run of her ten acre place. That spring he ate all the Lungwort. Normally he doesn't touch it. The bronchitis disappeared. Coincidence? Magda is a herbalist who makes a fabulous Reiki-infused healing salve, based on common " weeds " . You can meet the horses and herbs here. www.flyinghandsfarm.addr.com Ien in the Kootenays http://profiles./free_green_living
