A few drops of Baby Shampoo will clean an entire load of laundry, and make whites really bright (when washed in Warm). There is bound to be far less chemical residue involved in such a small amount of shampoo. I suffer from depression and anxiety also. Currently I use Relax Now, (as needed) which has jujube, ashwaganda, passionflower, cinnamon and black pepper. It worked as well as Zanax and no side effects. Also Bach's flower essense Rescue Remedy was recommended to me on this site. I also study the effects of foods on moods. Hope this helps and I'm glad you joined!
