I take multi with lunch, and cayenne, hawthorne, garlic after dinner. i also take 2 vitamin c and l lysine twice a day for heart health. Still not sure why the lysine . 2. Also for headache and bp i take a hot and cold shower. I normally have it on regular and take a normal shower. I then put it on cold then colder for about 3 minutes having it pour on my head, spine . I then finish with hot . Or should i do it hot first and then cold. All i know is if i could take a 3 hour shower I could . Anyone know the science behind this. Guest guest
I don't know if this might help, but I just started reading about this product. People say it's amazing, and someone said that it relieves migraines within 15 minutes. Just thought I'd throw it out there for your info. Check out the Vitalzym. You can google info about enzymes and their effectiveness. I just ordered some for pain from inflamed rib cartilage. Good luck.
