Guest guest
Helen Have you tried chiropractic treatments for your headaches? I work for a chiropractor. He puts the patient on a treatment plan to begin with (after a thourogh exam). Over the years I have seen MANY, many patients with headaches get relief with chiropractic. A friend of mine who dealt with everyday headaches finally came in for treatments. She is now virtually headache free... after 16 years of daily headaches! She comes in now about once a month to maintain her spine. If she does get a headache, she knows it's time for another chiropractic treatment. I know chiropractic works for headaches! I also know it's time for me to get adjusted when I get a headache. Note: some of our patients have been to other chiropractors that did not solve their headache problems. They did find relief with my Dr.... so you may have to shop around. Call some and ask how their Dr.s do with headaches... my chiro treats aggressively... some do not. Candy - helen slaughter thank you very much for this letter! I have had daily headaches the last 20 years (wake up and go to bed with them). Nothing has helped and medical Dr. chalk it up to stress and depression and give corresponding drugs. At this point no drug helps. I have had therapy and that is only temporary. Will try your method. (am also on all herbal meds now -- got fed up with Dr.s!) Guest guest
My various chiropractors (tried several methods of chiropractic) didn't help my daughter or my Mom. What kind of chiropractic does your boss do? We've had best results with network/nucca-like chiro treatments but it also didn't work for the headaches. In my daughter's case the problem was a build up of mercury in the brain. After trying a zillion different therapies (chiropractic helped with her flexibility) we had the most success with NAET (www.naet.com) which is allergy elimination. It reduced the amount of headaches. Lately she's been on liquid zeolite (NCD: www.detoxqueen.com) and except for one weather related headache she's been completely headache free. Before this she's never gone a week without a headache (she's 14). The NCD is capable of removing mercury from the brain. She's been diagnosed by two medical doctors and one naturopath with having this problem (they didn't know each other!). My Mom is going to start taking it too. She had pesticide exposure as a teen and has had migraines, MCS and fibromyalgia. I bought an ionic footbath, gave her about 25 treatments and the fibro went away but the headaches remained. Will post results as they happen. Sharon , " Candy's Plum Crazy " <ccheney wrote: > > Helen > Have you tried chiropractic treatments for your headaches? > > I work for a chiropractor. Guest guest
Hi! I have just been researching the following about enzymes. I have heard that they can stop a migraine in 15 minutes. It might be worth investigating. Check out the Vitalzym. http://www.energeticnutrition.com/ There is another product called Serrapeptase. Sounds so interesting. The natural Chelation-Anti-Inflammatory Serrapeptase has had wide clinical use - spanning over twenty-five years throughout Europe and Asia - as a viable alternative to salicylates, ibuprofen and the more potent NSAIDs. Unlike these drugs, Serrapeptase is a naturally occurring, physiological agent with no inhibitory effects on prostaglandins and is devoid of gastrointestinal side effects. See Studies and Technical Information. Serrapeptase is a proteolytic enzyme isolated from the micro-organism Serratia E15. This enzyme is naturally processed commercially today through fermentation and was discovered in the silkworm intestine. This immunologically active enzyme is completely bound to the alpha 2 macroglobulin in biological fluids. Histological studies reveal powerful anti-inflammatory effects of this naturally occurring enzyme. Serrapeptase digests non-living tissue, blood clots, cysts, and arterial plaque and inflammation in all forms. The late German physician, Dr. Hans Nieper, used Serrapeptase to treat arterial blockage in his coronary patients. Serrapeptase protects against stroke and is reportedly more effective and quicker than EDTA Chelation treatments in removing arterial plaque. He also reports that Serrapeptase dissolves blood clots and causes varicose veins to shrink or diminish. Dr. Nieper told of a woman scheduled for hand amputation and a man scheduled for bypass surgery who both recovered quickly without surgery after treatment with Serrapeptase http://www.serrapeptase.info/ , " Candy's Plum Crazy " <ccheney wrote: > > Helen > Have you tried chiropractic treatments for your headaches? > > I work for a chiropractor. Guest guest
I am a licensed massage therapist and am certified in headache therapy and cranio-sacral therapy. I have not had a client leave with thier headache after about 20-30 minutes. I also use either rosemary oil or lavander oil on the back of the neck. Manual traction and CNS relief also helps. Find a therapist who is also into energy work. I am a firm believer.
