Guest guest
Its been 4 years since I have had a cold. I got me a good one. The worst part of it is a tickle in the throat that is leading to constant coughing. Nothing in my chest just the throat. I have tried all kinds of herbal syrups and nothing is working. Any suggestions would be greatful Thanks
Guest guest
i've had the same thing tons of times, and it's always when the cold is starting to go away. i've found that if i can sneeze, i'll stop coughing; otherwise, i'll cough till i gag. if you can find something that makes you sneeze (for me it's looking at a bright light because the sun makes me sneeze), it might help you. hope you feel better soon, sommer , " gwenbob39 " <gwenbob39 wrote: > > Its been 4 years since I have had a cold. Guest guest
Hi, For sore throats and tickles in the throat, I always like gargling with warm water and salt. But, there is also a condition in Chinese medicine called " plum pit qi " This is when you have a sensation in the back of your throat like phlegm, but you can not swallow or discharge it. For this case there are Chinese herbal formulas such as pinellia & magnolia formula. Guest guest
This is going to sound strange, but you must try oil pulling. It's the most effective way to clear mucus from your sinuses and throat. I know many many people who have cured their mucus problems with this easy, and affordable therapy. You might think it's a bit wacky, but you have to believe me. Nothing to buy...you probably have what you need in your kitchen cabinet. The one side effect is very white teeth, like you had them professionally cleaned. I've been doing it for 8 months now, and it's literally changed my life. No more mucus during allergy season!! This is a website that explains what it is. Good luck!! www.oilpulling.com , " gwenbob39 " <gwenbob39 wrote: > > Its been 4 years since I have had a cold. I got me a good one.
