Hi,

I have tried oil pulling this past week in the way described in

searches I did on this site. Each time, about 2 to 3 hours later, I

get horrible horribe headaches with much much sinus pressure. My

neck even becomes stiff. I get really really sick feeling. Does

anyone know what in the world is going on??? I never get headaches

but these 2 I had after the oil pull put me under to the point I

thought I was going to have to see a doctor!

Is this a normal reaction for an oil pull??

Thanks in advance!

Jackie

My husband and I used to be very congested all the time, and this

has definitely helped a lot. Also, in the 6 months I've done this I

have not been sick once.
