Guest guest
Katrina, I would take her to a doctor because I have tried treating these things by myself unsuccessfully. But I found the cause of my babies' ear infections were, every time, because I had taken them to the home of a very heavy smoker. I will pray for her healing In His Love, Athena
Guest guest
My 8 month old daughter has developed an ear infection. What are some natural remedies that I can try with her? - Katrina
Guest guest
Is she still breastfeeding? If not, what sort of formula is she on? Massive PRO-biotics can often make anti-biotics unnecessary. I hate to see babies on anti-biotics. For a probiotic formula specially designed for babies visit http://natren.com This website is a great source of information on probiotics in general. Guest guest
Katrina, I have used garlic oil drops with great success; you can also try garlic/mullein oil drops. I'm sure someone can direct you to some good homeopathic remedies as well! Hope the baby feels better soon, Connie in SC All-new Mail - Fire up a more powerful email and get things done faster. Guest guest
Sugar feeds yeast; so check her formula to see if high in Corn Syryp. If so find another formula and stop sugar. Pro-biotics are in Yogurt. I'd go with the Garlic-Mullein Ear drops; use very very sparingly. If she has excess ear wax this will help loosen and get out of canal. Never under any circumstances try to clean her ears with a Q-tip; because is she moves suddenly the q-tip can hurt her ear. Notice: You can take a Hair=dryer and on very low heat(warm): hold the dryer back and blow the warm air towards the ears; dries out any moisture. (Notice: do not let the baby play with the hair dryer;store properly. Also relaxes the baby. Keep her warm and avoid drafts near the ears. , " Katrina " <kat_vaughn wrote: > > My 8 month old daughter has developed an ear infection.
