Guest guest
Hello hlmfassett, In reference to your comment: I am new to the group in hopes that someone can help me. My husband has severe headaches almost like they are migraines except he doesnt get the blurred vision or the ringing in the ears or any of the normal symptoms. We have been to dr. after dr. and done test after test and they cant find anything he tells me everyday that it hurts so bad that he wants to rip his head off or something to that aspect. My husband is very strong. When it put him in tears the other day i new i had to try something else besides call another dr. Any suggestions would be helpful. Heather *********You need to keep a journal of everything that crosses his lips for 30 days, then post it here.....also, does he drink soda's of ANY kind? Diet is the worst, however, they are now putting Aspartame in regular soda's AND beer and alcohol. You didn't say how old he is or what part of the country you live in. What does he do for a living? It could be many things that western/allopathic docs are clueless about. Does he chew gum? Does he have amalgam fillings in his mouth? Does he do caffeine, coffee or bottled juices? How are his bowels? How many bowel movements does he have daily? Does he eat fast foods? Do you have teflon pans in your home? Do you use a microwave? Many many things could be going on to cause his headaches. Do you have carpet on your floors....I really want to know what type of work he does....If you give some answers here, we might be able to help you resolve his problems... Heather Heather, Firstly, there was a big discussion on migraines recently. You should check the archives! Secondly, I was suffering from migraines once a week and something as simple as going to the chiropractor regularly has completely cured me of the terrible headaches. I know there are many, many reasons people can suffer from migraines, but this was an easy solution for me and may be for your hubby as well. And If it doesn't help his migraines, it will still benefit him greatly! Also, massage is wonderful and the use of lavender essential oil. Take Care, Connie in S.C. Get on board. Guest guest
I had migraines for years along with sinus problems year round. Someone said to take " Butterbur with Feverfew " , don't remember who. After reading up on it I ordered online. It is mainly for migraine but the side benefit is that it also opens everything so the sinus drains. Have not had a migraine since and few sinus problems. Good luck. Guest guest
Local Bee Pollen is great for anyone in that area suffering from pollen related allergies. You can take a small amount at first to start out with, and then build up to a tablespoon a day. My local bee guy recommended only one pollen grain for a 2 year old girl that had allergies, to start out with You can take it as is--just swallowing the grains, or put it in your drinks or sprinkle over your food. Works great! Samala Renee ---- Is it bee pollen? I have a local farmer's market that sells pure bee pollen And I didn't know what it was used for.
