I am new to this group...looks very interesting. I need to challange

myself to be healthier for me and my family. I am a WAHM and a

dietitian...and strongly believe whole food nutrition is the way to

go. Sometimes it is just very hard to do so...especially with busy

children (three who are 3 years old and under) and a picky husband.

Any advice and input are very appreciated!
