Guest guest
Mona Vie works great for many many things. I have tons of great responses from myself and family. Karen - bigreikihugs<bigreikihugs To: < > Sunday, September 17, 2006 1:10 PM Request Ideas/Suggestions for stamina/endurance I would love your opinions/advice on what herbs/homeopathy, etc. to use to endure a 14 hour workday-5 days a week? Circumstances beyond my control mandate I work 2 jobs from 10am - midnight. (BTW, I'm 55 year old female.) I've started with essential oils to smell during the evening hours, tapping from EFT/Energy medicine. Homeopathy for my dry eye attacks after 7pm at night...what else? It appears my eyes are the weakness..Bloodshot, ache, dry, throb... I have some homeopathic eye drops..but would love more options to keep my stamina - optimism up. I'm not able to maintain the pace 5 days a week. I can muster it up for maybe 2 days..that's about it. Thank you for your suggestions! I did my eye exercise like rolling your eye balls clockwise & anti clockwise. For the start do it 5 to 10 times slowly at each go. Remember don't over strain you eyes, since you have never given your eyes the chance to exercise. So do it slowly twice a day. Learn to take deep breadth when you're relaxing during your break or travelling. Wish you health & blessing. tonybangka

Guest guest
My energy levels changed pretty much instantly when I started using Nikken magnetic insoles. I used to be yawning all day long and that went away. I eventually added most of their products to my life. The magnetic sleep system bought me an extra hour of time everyday since I now sleep deeper and don't need as much. The insoles are worth every penny. The sleep system is too but it's quite pricey. I wouldn't trade mine for anything since I'm finally able to sleep after a lifetime of insomnia. I also just started using liquid zeolite a week ago and have noticed even more energy. This is easy to incorporate into anyone's lifestyle. I've been taking the detox amount of 10 drops 3 times a day. You need to drink lots of water with this, especially at the beginning. If you can't drink at work, use less. My website (sign up as a member, it's cheaper): www.detoxqueen.com. Zeolite is an amazing product. Don't buy the powder one as it contains toxins. Zeolite attracts toxins and the company I buy from has a patented process to remove existing toxins from the zeolite. It can then attract new ones into it's cage-like molecule and carry them out of the body through the urine. Your body will be building up lots of acids and stress with all this work and it's important to remove that daily. For dry eyes use evening primrose oil. They've done studies with that and Sjogren's and it works. Worked for my Mom anyway. If you work at a desk make sure you have full-spectrum lighting. This will give you more energy, concentration, etc. Don't drink distilled or RO water. They will sap you of energy. Do you know how to muscle test? If so, test yourself for the water you drink. Avoid caffeine. Hope this helps! Please report back when you find a solution. I'm always interested in ways to increase energy. Feel free to email me if you need details on any of this. Guest guest
Yikes, I would hate having to do that, even with the help of superfoods! What are you taking right now? Assuming you are doing this for financial reasons, here are some budget-friendly suggestions first. Buy some good live Celtic sea salt, and put a pinch of it in the water bottle that you will carry around everywhere. Dehydration makes one feel exhausted. Salt in small quantities is essential. Live seasalt is a source of the trace minerals that our modern food supply lacks. Write: Energy! With your finger on the bottle, and give thanks when you drink it. You need B vitamins, or natural substances containing all of them, a full complement of minerals and trace minerals, and also foods that nourish the glandular system. The right essential fatty acids also help to give long-lasting energy and buffer your frayed nerves. Nutritional yeast, and kelp or other sea vegetables are budget-friendly options. Sardines or canned pink salmon provide the EFAs and much more. Pink pacific salmon is always wild and it is much cheaper than the other varieties. MacaMaca in bulk is the next step up. Raw Maca can be had for about twenty five bucks a pound, do a Google. Make a shake in the morning with your favorite high-protein substance and gulp it down. To assume is to make an Ass of U and Me, so in case you can afford it, there is a royal road to more energy and stamina with more concentrated, more powerful and easy to take wild whole food formulas. The following suggestions are my business, so if that is against your principles you can start deleting here. *Aquazon wild bluegreen algae enriched with kelp Complete Nutrition from the bottom of the food chain *Sumacazon all-over gland food, including Maca *Warrior A Shaolin pre-combat formula enriched with Rainforest herbs. This formula nourishes the adrenal system in particular. I love its ability to kick my lazy butt and fuzzy mind in gear. The gang lives here: http://wildhealing.net hope this helps, and you won't have to do this gruelling schedule too long! Ien in the Kootenays ************************** Stop. Breathe.
