Does anyone have experience with Cauda equina syndrome?

Good Day,

 

I have recently been diagnosed with CES. Emergency surgery is

recommended, but I have heard some news about physical therapy as a

solution.

 

I can't afford the surgery at this time so that option is out for now

anyway. But I would greatly appreciate any alternatives to surgery. I

am at the advanced stage right now, diagnosis confirmed, and 2nd and

3rd opinions concur.
