Guest guest Posted September 11, 2006 Report Share Posted September 11, 2006 I have also read, that with acne sometimes you need a colon cleanse- is this true- I also think that some of the acne is caused by stress- would yoga help the acne also- my daughter who is also 15 thinks YOGA is for old (meaning me) ladies- I appreciate your information- Thank you Ellen - Mystical Saturday, September 09, 2006 7:51 PM Acne Questions I have a teenage boy that is 15 yr old and has bad acne, we have tried Proactive that you see on the tv and it got to be quite spendy it worked to some point and then after awhile he got purple blemishes and they would go away. So then we bought some Zap it that we bought thru Melaleuca company which has worked but he refuses to use the wash but will use the quick sticks only.He tells me he would rather take pills then have to go thru all that process with the washing, toners, creams and such. We really don't have the money to be going to a dermatologist either due to me not being able to work outside the home. Is there any suggestions to what we might be able to do?
