Oil Pulling: where to buy sunflower oil?

After reading many of these posts on oil pulling, i decided to give it

a try. i looked for the sunflower oil at some stores. but i couldnt

find any! any recommendations as far as brand names and where to buy

it? i see a lot of olive oil out there.... thanks!

Go to Wild Oats... they have plenty. Get cold pressed... and

start! If you have no WO - any good health food store will have it

but make sure it's the best you can find.

You can usually find Hain Expeller Pressed at most health food stores. For me,

I buy my oil

by the gallon (I cook with it too...what did you think?) at this site:

I ended up finding the organic sunflower seed oil at our natural

health food store here in seattle. i chose the 'organic' vs the

other sunflower seed oil. mine was from Spectrum. i've been pulling

for 4 days straight now... havent seen any changes, but will keep at

it.... aF
