Now that I've stumbled a great deal, I feel tired, unfit, and uncomfortable with myself. With the change of the season, I want to start fresh. I was wondering if anyone has any suggestions on how to " recharge " (at this point in the physical sense)? What kinds of remedies could I find in my local health food store to help me start over (I'm thinking some kind of digestive treatment of sorts)?
