Guest guest
<<What I discovered was the oil pulling helps get the bile flow up in the liver along with firing up the circulatory system which in turn helps rid the body of excess estrogen (a large cause of women's diseases and disorders). >> From the link the above was stated on Cure Zone. Now I have been oil pulling since I read it here. I have questions concerning bile etc. I know the liver produces bile but if you have no gall bladder where does it go. I lost my gallbladder and need to do the Master Cleanse just to help me get back into the energy mode and without the gallbladder you do get a sluggish liver. Can anyone tell me what to do for the bile stuff. I know the book Prescription for Healing tells one to take OX BILE Digestive. Thanks for the help in advance, Jane
Guest guest
There are a number of ways to produce bile. Oil Pulling is one of them (it's like a mini-liver flush every day). Also, I take Dandelion Root Tincture to help increase bile flow. I use it in my morning green drink. I'm not very good in biology. But I know you can find out exactly where the bile does flow. The gallbladder was a holding organ, and I believe the bile is now free flowing. I think you can very easily find your answer as a seperate post here, or post where liver flushes are commonly discussed. Good luck.
