Guest guest
Did you know ... Since 1996, eleven states have legalized medical marijuana use: AK, AZ, CA, CO, HI, ME, NV, OR, RI, VT and WA. Eight of the ten did so through the initiative process, Hawaii's law was enacted by the legislature and signed by the governor in 2000, Vermont's was enacted by the legislature and passed into law without the governor's signature in May 2004, and Rhode Island's was enacted overriding the governor's veto in January 2006. Many patients and potential patients live in fear, due to the stigma misguided zealots in our society place on what was once widely considered to be a holy herb. We at 420med.com are striving to open the eyes of those who have been disillusioned by the media, and to resurface the truth about the healing powers of marijuana. Our goal is to gain easy access to medication for those with cancer, chronic pain, AIDS, and other debilitating ailments. We exist for the benefit of the patients, that they may be comforted in their time of need, and not be oppressed under fear of incarceration. After all, the Bible itself states: " And God said, 'See, I have given you every herb that yields seed which is on the face of all the earth, and every tree whose fruit yields seed; to you it shall be for food' " (Genesis 1:29).
