Magick,

I too am on several meds and was given samples of Requip. After reading the

inserts, I went looking for something less complicated.

I found Malic Acid with Magnesium plus 5-HTP and other nutrients, made by

Solaray, easily available at my local health food stores to be very helpful.

I can finally sleep! Unless one has gone days with little sleep, it's hard to

imagine how debilitating this can be.

Occasionally, if I have had an unusual amount of walking or exercise, I still

get 'prickly'.

My next option is about an oz of Magnesium Citrate, that stuff found in grocery

stores in a green bottle used for colon cleansing pre xray.

Being liquid, it is quickly absorbed. I don't like it but I can't argue with

success. I walk around the house or play solitaire for about 30 minutes then can

rest. And, sometimes it is enough to help with constipation too......

have Restless Leg Syndrome. For the last week and a half, this has

been keeping me from getting much needed sleep. Plus, I get very

irritable and the pain from fibro and having my knee replaced, is so

much worse. I know there is a drug for it but I am already on so many

prescriptions, that I just do not want anymore.
