You're welcome Cynthia. I'm estrogen dominant too and I use natural

progesterone cream along with trying to avoid exposure to synthetic

estrogens. I also take red raspberry everyday and essential fatty

acids. This has helped a great deal to alleviate symptoms. I used to be

sick 2 weeks out of every month.
