There is a supplement called Mastic Gum. It is a natural remedy used

for centuries and has solid evidence of safety and efficacy. The gum

resin comes from the mastic tree, an evergreen, and grows primarily on

a Greek Island. It not only kills H. Pylori, but also other harmful

bacteria and

fungi so may be helpful in combating stomach distress, including

gastritis and peptic ulcers.

I'm assuming that you just have an imbalance in the helicobacter

pylori since it does occur naturally in our bodies. A probiotic diet

would help a lot. Active yogurt, algae, acidophylis (spelling?), etc.

Flora Q supplement will help balance your systemic bacteria. Also

avoid spicy foods and stress. Our bodies over produce the enzymes

that the HP bacteria feed on when we're under stress. An overgrowth

of the HP colonies on the stomach lining keep essential nutrients and

oxygen from reaching the tissues underneath, and that is what leads to

ulcers. Take a day off and do something relaxing, get a massage, do

some yoga or thai chi, or whatever you like to do to de-stress

yourself. And rest. Give your body some time to re-balance itself.
