Speaking of greens......(might be a repost, sorry)

(I don't know if my post from the other day has made it thru, so this

might be double-posted).

I saw a few recent posts about greens. I do take them, but I wonder

what green is good or better. I am just so confused as to what greens

are best since there seems to be so many of them. Anyone know exactly

the differences in greens? Some say barley is best and others say

wheat grass is best, and vice versa.

Anywho, I take the Perfect Food by Garden of Life. I must say it does

work very well (been on it for 2 years now). I have more energy, and

the bowel action is wonderful, I hope it's cleaning the blood, not

sure. But lately there seems to be another greens product (Miracle

Greens) that claims to have more fruits and veggies per serving than

any other green. (and Perfect Food has no fruits or veggies). So now

I'm tempted to switch, but want to know what is good and what is best.

Any advice is always appreciated.

Hello and my opinion is this: The Greens made from the Barley and or

Wheat are superior to the Greens from Fruits and Veggies.

It it is The Wheat Grass and Barley Grass with the most Nutrients.

IMO A.

Dear Dawn: here is my mantra:

Different things work for different people.

Listen to YOUR body.

If you found something that makes you feel

good, why worry about what else is there?

Garden of Life has an excellent reputation.

There are many good products on the market

now.

As long as there are markets to be conquered

there will be claims and counter claims.

Take them all with a grain of salt.

Happy greening,

Ien in the Kootenays, just back from

time away
