I have heard this too: For every snack of high protein foods like

Yogurt; Cheese: Eggs: Whole Grains: Citrus: The Immune Syst. is helped.-

There are only two foods that do not have any protein; Sugar and

Gelatin. Honey is the only food that never " goes bad " . Vit. C is a

natural preservtive...tip: Drop a Vit. C Pill in your bottle of Vitamin

B-Complex to keep the Vitamns smelling fresh. Thanks. Anne
