Never, put your banana in the refrigerator!!!

 

Bananas contain three natural sugars - sucrose, fructose and

glucose combined with fiber. A banana gives an instant, sustained and

substantial boost of energy.

 

Research has proven that just two bananas provide enough

energy for a strenuous 90-minute workout. No wonder the banana is the

Tip of the Day: To prevent Alcoholism take one tablet of Vitamin B1

daily of atleast 50 mgs. Here is why:

 

*Thiamine B1 is destroyed by Alcohol like a match is to water.

 

It has been known since 1898 that Thiamine is depleted by Ethanol
