Guest guest
Just wanted to comment on the Vitamin C topic. There are 3 ways to get your Vitamin C. 1. Eating organic foods rich in Vitamin C 2. Supplementing with Superfoods or Whole Food Supplements 3. Taking vitamins whether synthetic or natural The one thing I look for is a supplement that is whole food based and of the highest organic quality possible. Some companies claim their vitamin to be natural or organic but they may use an extraction process that could denature the nutrient. I personally use a whole food beyond organic sustained released Vita-C. I know the processing to be of high quality that does not denature the product as I work with a Dr. who is on the science advisory board and has visited the labs often. During my pregnancy just a few months ago, I had tested positive for GBS bacteria and the doctors wanted me to take antibiotics but I refused. I took high dosages of Garlic Complex, Optiflora, Vita-Lea, and Sustained Released Vita-C. Specifically the Vita-C, I took 8-10 tablets a day and each tablet has 500mg of sustained released Vitamin C. You can find all these products on my website http://www.shaklee.net/ammas_mahma and specifically the vitamin C at http://www.shaklee.net/ammas_mahma/product/20095.
