Guest guest
Hmnn, Quite a few spring to mind, Regular massage with Gerainium and lavender Essential oils. Plenty of garlic in your food. Reiki Reflexology (found this one to be a little hit and miss personally) Whats the cause of the blood pressure? Would be better able to advise. Guest guest
I just read a book called Salt and Water....Or was it Water and Salt? Anyway, it claims that making a sole solution of Figi water or purified water that has been charged with quartz crystals can lower blood pressure. According to the book our blood is very similar to sole, and we need salt (but pure Himalayan Salt) in our diets. The junk we have in our processed foods and table salt is poisin, as we all well know. Just some food for thought. I think I am going to have my husband take a teaspoon full the morning he goes to the doctor to get his 3 month checkup to see what his blood pressure is. It's supposed to have quick effects that last 24 hours in your system. So, if I can get him to swallow it when he goes I'll fill you in if it works that fast.
