Fortunately, Methylcobalamin " B-12 " and B-12 Complexes with folic

acid & B-6 do work well sublingually.

Also, don't automatically poo-poo tablets in favor of capsules -- some

things have to be in a specially coated tablet to make it through the

stomach acid in order to open in the gut...SAMe & SOD are examples.

There is a capsule that is designed to make it through the stomach

acid and open in the gut...New Life Colostrum is the only example I'm

aware of, although I'm sure there are others.

*Medical doctors* like Zorba don't really understand nutrition &

supplements... ...and they don't want to understand because it is in

their financial interest to play dumb... thus surreptitiously

perpetuating the same old tired lies. Such is their cognitive dissonance.

Here are just a few of those lies:

a)...Synthetic Vitamins are just as good as natural Vitamins. No! No

way...the most cursory research will show this is just not true.

However, doctors want people to get used to the idea that " Synthetic

is good " (or even better) so they can push Synthetic alternatives to

natural forms... Synthroid (synthetic thyroid hormone) is a good

example. Do you want to know the big reason they give for why

synthetic drugs are *better*? It is because they can get the dosage

very precise as opposed to natural forms sometimes have slight

variations...

OK...so freaking what! I would rather take something that works &

works naturally, even if the dosages have a little greater margin of

error, instead of a harsh, toxic, or inefficient form that does not

work or might have harmful side effects. A good example is natural

Armour Desiccated Thyroid Hormones as opposed to the synthetic

Synthroid mentioned above.

b)...You can get all the necessary nutrients in a balanced diet...

No! Please! What a festering crock, reader...

Most people are EFA (Essential Fatty Acids) deficient -- even the

sheeple who follow the New Food Pyramid (NFP) are Omega 3 deficient!

This is because we consume WAY too much Omega 6 food oils like corn,

soy, canola, sunflower, etc. (all recommended by the NEW Food Pyramid,

remember). These Omega 6 oils overpower & shut down the Omega 3 Pathway.

We further block EFA's by consuming lots of NFP encouraged bread,

cereal, pasta, juices & " Cheezy Poofs " These inhibit the production

of the D6D Enzyme needed for conversion of the simple Omega 3 (ALA),

to the more complex " work-horse " Omega 3's: EPA & DHA!

Also, many of the 70 plus trace minerals have been leached from our

soil as a result of uninformed farming... artificial fertilizers only

replace 3 of the elements! Anytime different groups are given trace

minerals, in particular really powerful, critical ones like Selenium

-- heart disease & cancer decrease! In fact the preceding was done

with a whole country... New Zealand. The selenium depleted soil was

causing several diseases, like cancer! It was corrected by importing

selenium rich meat from Australia.

c)... You can meet your Calcium requirements with 4 servings of dairy.

No! How do these people use a mirror at all! Christ retches!

OK, lets say you need 1200mg of Cal. and 4 dairy servings has 1200mg

of Cal. - So there you have it, you've met the goal...not so fast, my

Friend!

Do you really think you are utilizing ALL 1200mg of that Calcium? No

way, boys and girls!

The Calcium/Magnesium ratio needs to be at least a " 2 to 1 " , and " 1 to

1 " would be even better... so Milk, at a " 10 to 1 " ratio, has a real

problem. Also, Vitamin D-3 is needed to absorb Cal. but dairy uses

Vit. D-2... ...which is not very effective for good absorption.

Additionally, the doctors & the dairy people never mention that many

other minerals, etc. are required to utilize Calcium, things like

potassium, silicon & sodium ...also TRACE minerals like boron, zinc &

copper along with 2 or 3 dozen other trace elements as co-factors.

Remember the dominos I alluded to before!

So, when the women of the WHI study were given a garbage calcium supp.

(Cal. Carbonate, Zorba's favorite form!) and the inferior form of

Vitamin D ( D-2 ), the Doctors & Dairy Industry were able to shout it

from the roof-tops that Calcium supps don't work! Outrageous

duplicity, reader! They KNOW the difference! What else can you call

that... ...but evil!

Something else they were reluctant to discuss with the consumer? They

didn't mention that many of those women consumed dairy every day...

and were still developing Osteoporosis! ...Got milk?

My 80 year old mother consumed large amounts of Milk, yogurt & cottage

cheese her whole life to avoid the osteoporosis that plagued her

mother...you guessed it...she is bent over double with osteoporosis,

regardless! You will be lucky if you utilize 30% of the Calcium found

in milk, but if you follow the recommendations of your doctor & the

New Food Pyramid? Then you will absorb even LESS. This is science

remember!

Consider folks, Doctors are not trained in nutrition &

supplementation. In medical school those courses (if offered at all)

are ELECTIVES. But the real tragedy is that the people who do get

training, the mainstream Dieticians? They just repeat the same old

tired lies they are taught in " Dietician College " that make you sick &

keep you sick. These are Schools receiving big grants from

pharmaceutical & processed food industries, remember.

Here are two simple questions that you can ask your local hospital

Dieticians that will illustrate the depth of their ignorance (or, I

suspect an evil mendaciousness):

QUESTION # 1... Is Extra-Virgin, 'NON'-hydrogenated coconut oil

healthful? They will say NO! ...Coconut oil is heart unhealthful

because it is saturated fat...! OK, this person is either ignorant or

evil.

If they plead ignorance, it requires purposely buying into the lie...

covering their eyes & ears to the cacophony of data everywhere! This

data shows that non-hydrogenated CCnut Oil is a magical,

heart-healthy, and unique Fatty Acid (FA)! That's why it is in every

BABY FORMULA on the shelf at " WalleyWorld " ! Go look!

The justification for the CCnut Oil lies taught in Dietician College

are based on a 4 decade old study where the evil partially

Hydrogenated Vegetable Oil (pHVO) corporations took Extra Virgin,

unrefined, CCnut Oil and then HYDROGENATED it, turned it into a

poison...why? ...So they could then conduct tests that showed it was

heart unhealthy. SO... for dieticians, after all this time, to

continue to repeat that tired old canard requires covering your ears &

dropping to your knees before Satan, dammit! Precious little

hyperbole there, reader.

I dare you to go to Google and punch-in *non-hydrogenated coconut

oil* -- then scan the topics and see how far you have to scroll into

the 20,000 hits before you find one that backs the Dietician's bogus

claim...I scrolled for about 15 minutes and still had not found one.

HOWEVER, there was a continuous stream of articles, from independent

researchers around the world, explaining the efficacy of the magical

MCT's (Medium Chain Triglycerides) found most heavily in CCnut Oil.

Punch-in *hydrogenated coconut oil*! Start scanning the 300,000 hits

and see how long it takes you to find JUST ONE that has anything

negative to say about unrefined, Extra-Virgin, NON-hydrogenated CCnut

Oil...BUT page after page reflects how corporate man takes a wonderful

gift of nature, unrefined coconut oil, and turns it into an

abomination through hydrogenation. This was an evil trick to destroy

the Unrefined, CCnut Oil market so a few rich people could get, just a

little, richer by selling you toxic pHVO (partially Hydrogenated

Vegetable Oil) and YES...toxic Hydrogenated Coconut Oil.

QUESTION # 2... Is refined, grocery store canola oil healthful? They

will say YES! Canola oil is heart healthy because it is a Mono Unsat

oil, just like Olive oil! Also, it has healthful Omega 3 & is Very

low in SatFat... OK, do I need to say it? NO! Oh Yea, Dr. " Z " says

that " canola...just like olive oil... " crapola, all the time...

There are a plethora of reasons why canola oil is crap and should not

be uttered in the same breath with Olive Oil... but just let me give

you 2 or 3.

Lets look at that " just like olive oil " by comparing two Grocery Store

examples, neither of which require refrigeration after opening (a key

point).

a)... Olive Oil -- It is 76% Mono oil...mono is stable so does not

readily turn rancid & toxic (R & T). It is 8% Poly oil...poly is

unstable so it will readily turn R & T. However, most or all of this

small, negligible 8%, does not readily oxidize for two reasons : the

olive, being a soft fruit, will let you extract its oil without much

pressure & heat. Also, the large 76% mono with its compliment of

antioxidants can usually protect the small 8% poly from oxidation.

Consequently, Olive Oil does not require additional processing, like

the RBDing discussed below under Canola Oil.

b)... Canola Oil -- It is only 56% Mono oil...Yea but, isn't 56%

pretty high ? Well I guess so, but the problem is " what's left over " ?

Because of this lower 56% Mono, " what's left over " is a big chunk of

poly at 37%, which is NOT a negligible amount (like the measly 8% in

Olive oil), and considering it has to be pressed from a seed (the Rape

Seed), it gets hotter...so that 37% poly has to be RBDed (Refined,

Bleached & Deodorized) which means that it is already partially toxic

& rancid when you bring it home from the grocery store... ...but you

can't smell the rancidity because of the Deodorizing Process that

destroys the rancid smell with very high heat, also pretty much

destroys any nutritional value that the oil might have once had.

Dieticians use 3 convenient little lies, or misdirection's, to be able

to " honestly " say Canola oil is heart healthy :

(a)...The canola oil they are always referencing is 'Unrefined' oil

which is extracted much more carefully & expensively so the poly

portion is not rancid, PLUS it must be refrigerated after opening. You

never find this kind of oil in the typical grocery store! When is the

last time you bought canola oil that had to be refrigerated? I

Know...NEVER !

You see Folks, the evil, high ranking, mainstream dieticians know that

people are not going to seek out unrefined canola and then pay 4 or 5

times as much, when they think regular, refined, grocery store canola

is healthful, based upon what dieticians DON'T tell them.

(b)... They are quick to tell you that canola has 7% heart-healthful,

Omega 3 Poly-unsat Fatty Acid. That 7% poly is part of the 37% poly

mentioned above, that had to be RBDed because it turned rancid during

the refining process...in fact, because the 7% Omega 3 is even MORE

complex (thus more unstable), than the remaining 30% Omega 6, LESS

complex oil,... the Omega 3 oil is the first to go rancid. Again, the

only canola with non-rancid Omega 3 is the expensive kind that you

NEVER see in Winn Dixie.

©... They tell you Canola oil is wonderful because, of all the food

oils, it has the least amount of Saturated Fat (SatFat) at only 7%.

But, you see Folks, this is a BAD thing... natural, undamaged, plant

derived SatFat, like the 16% SatFat in Olive Oil, is GOOD FOR YOU --

if you didn't give your body some undamaged SatFat, your body would

make it on its own to fulfill a host of critical physiological

chores... SO having LESS healthful SatFat (7% in canola) means you

have MORE room left over for unhealthy Poly Oil (the 37%).

(56% Mono) + (30% Poly, Om 6) + (7% Poly, Om 3) + (7% SatFat) = 100%

Canola

(76% Mono) + ( 8% Poly, OM 6) + (no rancid Om 3) + (16% SatFat) = 100%

Olive

Can you see the critical differences that makes one healthful & the

other, decidedly NOT!

Anecdote time: Dieticians tell so many lies that they can't keep the

lies straight without errors! Here in our little LA (Lower Alabama)

town of Ozark, a local talk show had two young female dieticians from

the local hospital talking about weight loss & the low-carb diet.

Initially, they explained that people on a low-carb diet could have

substantial weight loss, while actually consuming many more calories,

by eating caloric-dense foods like meat, cheese, eggs, butter & mayo...

Then towards the end of the show when asked " what is the key to weight

loss " ? ...They dredged up the " Dietitian School Mantra " that the

" ONLY way to lose weight was to eat a balanced diet while consuming

less calories & exercising more. " WAIT A MINUTE, Skippy! Didn't you

just say you could eat a high caloric, high fat, low-carb diet and

lose substantial weight?

Please show this paper to your Family Doctor or Dietician -- then

after they " spit & sputter " or otherwise hack up an institutional

hair-ball and tell you I'm wrong? Write down their reasons as to why,

will you? E-mail those reasons to me. I will promptly e-reply as to

where and how they are lying to you... ...this time, too! Sincerely,

I will debate these scurrilous persons any time... any where!

Remember, as you compare our conflicting positions; however, who has

the biggest pecuniary dog in the hunt, reader! Then watch as my dog

handily shreds their dog and shows their dog for what it really is: A

conflicted shill for sociopathic corporate interests greedily and

gleefully campaigning to make us stupid. To make us sick... Why? So

they can sell us their 21st Century snake oil.

Until next time, reader? Well Be.
