Has anyone ever used any of the dieter's teas out there with the main

ingredient of Senna for weight loss? If so, was it helpful?

Thanks,

Hi,

I have never used it myself though I used to work at a health food store and

I remember a woman I worked with who tried it and said it gave her severe

diarrhea.

Maybe that was atypical but I remember at the time we wondered if it helped

with weight loss because of a laxative effect.

Take care,

I tried one package many years ago. I consider the direct result to have been

that I've had ulcerative colitis ever since. HTH.

Yes, I was going to mention that. Senna is a laxative, not a diet herb!

If you drink this tea, do it right before bed and don't plan on leaving

the house first thing in the morning 'cos you'll be otherwise occupied.

lol...

Peace,
