Guest guest
Hi, I've recently started living the way I was used to...quit smoking, dropped the sodas, started eating better etc...I am now looking to do a colon cleanse but have no idea how. The stuff you find on the net is expensive...really expensive...if anyone could help it would be greatly appreciated....
Guest guest
You have a lot of different options available for cleansing. Cleansing actually isn't adviseable for anyone who has a " wasting " condition and has general poor health. It would be necessary to build up the body first before beginning a cleansing program. Even adding a good fiber supplement to your diet everyday aids the body in cleansing. It is very important to drink plenty of water especially when using a fiber supplement. A once a day cleanse I've used in the past is from an herbalist in California named Ivy Bridge. Her basic program is: 2 Tablespoons Aloe Vera Juice (make sure the juice is 100% pure) 2 Tablespoons Liquid Chlorophyll 1 heaping teaspoon of Psyllium Hulls (bulk fiber) Blend the ingredients in a glass of apple juice and take first thing in the morning. It is also recommended to take 2 capsules of cascara sagrada, but this is only necessary if the bowels are not moving at least 2 to 3 times per day. I also recommend taking a probiotic supplement while cleansing to put healthy bacteria back into the colon. If you have any questions, feel free to e-mail me. Thanks so much Michelle....I've already added a fiber supp. and drink tons of water....but your info should be helpful...do you think it would be harmful to add a bit a black walnut hull tincture to the mix for parasites? Guest guest
You're welcome. I think it would be fine to take the black walnut.
