Guest guest
Zensight is an energy work technique that combines aspects of EFT, EMDR, BSFF, tapas, and a variety of other approaches :-) You start with use of a " healing symbol " that you will use to help you to focus your intent. The symbol may be a word, a visual image (i.e. picturing the ocean), a favourite colour, or sacred symbol. You combine use of the healing symbol together with visualizations and/or verbal healing statements, in order to rapidly bring healing to fears, phobias, traumas, relationship concerns, or unwanted patterns - or to balance your energy systems, and release any bodily stored traumas/emotions/issues, etc.. That is it in a nutshell. You can learn more and download a free manual and ecourse at www.ZensightProcess.com <http://www.zensightprocess.com/> Take care, Carol Ann Zensight Energy Work FREE Ebook & Ecourse <http://www.ZensightProcess.com> www.ZensightProcess.com _____ Carol Ann What is zensight? I've heard of EFT, but EMDR, BSFF, tapas and the others are definitely new to me! I have been using Kaballah meditations/prayers and using the Hebrew alphabet without really questioning it. The manifestation of many things in my life have turned from black to white. However, I'm not finished. Still working on the weight and health issues. Money is getting much better! Hebrew letters are very powerful, but I don't know why... when you say symbols, would you consider the letters as symbols? I'm going to do my research on the above. Thanks! Guest guest
Hi Vicki, Yes, you could use the letters as healing symbols - you can use whatever feels right to you. I have a friend who follows Kaballah and it's been very helpful for her too. :-) Manifesting is great with energy work - I have an audio file on exactly that topic and get wonderful feedback on it. Guest guest
Hi - I just finished a book by Fred Alan Wolf, PhD, physicist called " Mind into Matter " . It's about quantum mechanics and consciousness. In the introduction he states that " The ancient mystics first saw these Hebrew letters..........as a universal code. " He talks about the " creation of man by himself " that starts with a primary image of man and states that the Hebrew letters are the symbolic tools needed to creat this image. Very good book, I would recommend it.....Elaine T Victoria Satta <victoria2dc wrote: At 08:15 PM 5/21/2006, you wrote: Thanks so much Carol Ann - I'm going to check it out.
