Guest guest
Hi to all! Does anyone have ideas what would cause irritable bowel and bladder combined? My son is 8 and has had irritable bladder about a year and recently it has become bowel problems too. When it started he developed a bloated looking belly, double chin, dark circles under eyes and he grinds his teeth in his sleep. I've tried removing various foods, doesn't seem to help. Some things I've read suggest worms...any other ideas or personal experiences? Would be nice to get into my own bathroom... Marcie : ) " As you think, so is your world. Guest guest
Marcie, check out a book, Patient Heal Thyself, by Jordan Rubin, ND. Great book! Sounds like your son need probiotics for the IBS. What Jordan recommends in his book is called Primal Defense, (probiotics). It looks like dirt but does a fantastic job at repopulating the bowels with the proper number of good to bad bacteria. Your son also needs to stay off of milk and dairy products. Use something like almond or rice milk instead of soy because of the problems associated with soy and young children. Jordan Rubin's company is Garden of Life. I have included the link. http://www.gardenoflifeusa.com <http://www.gardenoflifeusa.com/> . Once you have found the product you want, there are several other places online that sell it at a discount. You might also have his doctor do a blood test to find out if your son has worms. I had pin worms as a child because I always ran around barefoot. I didn't have the symptoms that your son does, but by the time my mom got me to the doctor, the worms were already in my blood stream. At that time (1964) I had to take some kind of antibiotics. I recovered fine. Today, I don't know what would be the course of action. But if it is worms, you need to find out asap. Blessings. Guest guest
Hi Marcie, There are natural alternatives to antibiotics you can use for parasites such as Black Walnut, Herbal Pumpkin and Paw Paw. Garlic can also be used. Also the person should be sure they are getting enough fiber to keep the bowels moving so the parasites can be expelled from the body once beginning a parasite cleanse. To read more on parasites go here: http://www.natureforlife.com/content/view/34/2/ Please feel free to e-mail me if you have any questions.
